We guarantee that your order will arrive at the peak of freshness and in the best possible condition.
Customers may choose from Standard shipping (2-3 days from ship date) or Express shipping (overnight from ship date). We do not ship on Sunday or Monday. If your order arrives after 12 noon on Saturday (or anytime Sunday or Monday), it will not be shipped out until Tuesday.
Please note that we do not ship web orders between June 18 and September 15. If you would like to order chocolate shipped during this time, please call us directly at 585-461-2815.

Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the date specified.
To place an advance order, specify the shipping date in the "Gift Message and/or Special Delivery Instructions" box during check out.
Please note that standard shipping methods still apply and your package will be shipped in accordance with our policies above.
